Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.

X-Spectate is a server administrator tool which allows the user to see other players through walls - while this program may be used to observe cheaters, the potential for its misuse (by cheaters) makes it inappropriate for use on VAC-secured servers.

Users who attempt to run X-Spectate will be kicked from VAC-secured servers, however, no VAC ban will be applied.

If you believe that your account may have been adversely affected by the use of X-Spectate, please contact Steam Support for assistance.
