This is for Win98 systems only: You need to download and install the latest Service Pack for Windows 98.

Go to the Windows Update site by typing http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com into the address bar of your Internet Explorer or selecting tools > Windows Update

If you prefer to use a different Web browser, updates to Windows may be downloaded from the Microsoft Download Center.

On Windows 98 the oleacc.dll DLL is part of the Accessibility option. If this Windows feature is not already installed, it can be selected in the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel (Windows Setup).

Basic info:

This DLL is part of recent versions of Windows 98, but it is not part of older versions of Windows 98. If you're running an older Windows 98, you'll need to install the latest Service Pack. The service pack is a free download from Microsoft.

You can also installed just the Active Accessibility Kit, from Microsoft, rather than downloading the whole service pack.
