Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form. If you are able to see Servers in Steam Server Browser but not in the Game Server Browser then the problem is that you have a firewall that is blocking hl.exe from accessing the internet. You need to remove all permissions for Steam.exe and all instances of HL.exe (there will be one for each different game that you play) and then either re-add them or allow the firewall to discover them again when you run Steam and each of the games. You need to give permission for TCP & UDP and for all ports when the firewall asks. |
