Overclocking

Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.

Overclocking is the process of forcing a computer component to run at a higher clock rate than designed or designated by the manufacturer.

As overclocking requires modification of core system components which the components have not been designed to support it is not recommended, nor can we provide support for users encountering issues with running games on overclocked systems.
