Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form. If you have "Sonic DVD Authoring software" installed on your computer it can cause the error "No Disc Inserted". The solution is to uninstall the Sonic products. Several other similar products "AnyDVD" and "Alcohol 120%" have been reported to also cause this. There may also be a conflict with "StarForce Protection Drivers" that are installed by some games. Starforce Drivers may also cause USB device compatibility issues as well as system instability on Windows 2000 and XP systems. |
