Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.
Windows Vista Users
- Exit Steam
- Launch MSCONFIG from the Run menu
- Go to Tools
- Scroll down to Disable UAC
- Press the Launch button
- Restart your computer and load Steam
