Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.


If your credit card purchase was declined, your bank may hold the funds for the declined transaction as well as the additional transaction that was successfully charged. Once the bank receives a response that the initial transaction was declined, they will release the funds.

If you would like to have your funds released immediately, please contact your bank or credit card company.
