ILocalize::Addfile() failed to load file

Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.

Please follow these directions:

Change the Steam Language to "English".
Logout and exit Steam.
Run Steam and log back in.
Steam will update some of the games in your games list.
Once updating is complete, change the language back to Spanish (or whatever language it was before).
Exit and log out of Steam.
Run Steam and log back in.
Steam will update some of the games in your games list again. Let all the missing files download.
