Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form. If you attempt to change the bind for "toggleconsole" in your config.cfg to "§" (some non-english keyboard layouts) it will cause Source Engine based games (HL:Source, HL2, CS:Source, DoD:Source) to crash on startup. To fix this, you will need to bind your toggleconsole key to some other key. NOTE: Not all keys will bind to toggleconsole, avoid any normal typing characters or numbers. Function Keys work well for this (F1 - F12). You might need to edit your config.cfg or userconfig.cfg to add the bind (use notepad). example: bind "F12" "toggleconsole" The usual default is: bind "~" "toggleconsole" |
