This issue will appear on some Counter-Strike servers which are using third-party modifications. Please follow the instructions below to set the Steam client application to display the models usesrs have selected when playing Counter-Strike:

Exit Counter-Strike and the Steam client application
Locate the config.cfg file on your system - by default, this file can be found at C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<your username>\counter-strike\cstrike
Search the file for "cl_minmodels" and, if the line does not exist, add cl_minmodels "0" (otherwise, change the setting to "0")
Restart Steam
