Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.
Steam allows you to store a game server's information as a Favorite when browsing internet servers - thus allowing you to easily visit the server to play again.
At this time all favorites are saved in the serverbrowser.vdf file (found under the Steam installation directory /config/). Upon setting favorite servers in Steam you may log out of your Steam account and then copy this file to the same folder on another machine to move your favorites.
