Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.
This issue will appear on some Counter-Strike servers which are using third-party modifications. Please follow the instructions below to set the Steam client application to display the models users have selected when playing Counter-Strike:
- Exit Counter-Strike and the Steam client application
- Locate the config.cfg file on your system - by default, this file can be found at
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<username>\counter-strike\cstrike.
- Search the file for "cl_minmodels" and, if the line does not exist, add cl_minmodels "0" (otherwise, change the setting to "0")
- Restart Steam
