Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.
- Right-click on the Steam icon in the System Tray and select "Settings," or press the "Settings" button on the Steam startup menu.
- Press the "Change contact email" button.
- Enter your new email address.
