Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.

Right-click on the Steam icon in the System Tray and select "Settings," or press the "Settings" button on the Steam startup menu.
Press the "Change contact email" button.
Enter your new email address.
