Resetting a Lost Password

Steam hesabınızın şifresini sıfırlamak için aşağıdaki gerekli adımları takip ediniz:

1. Steamden Login kısmına, ve daha sonra Retrieve a lost account... butonuna tıklıyoruz
   • Eğer Steam hesabınızın ismini bilmiyorsanız:
     1. I don't know my account name. seçeneğini seçin ve Next butonuna tıklayın
     2. Select an item of information (preferably the account's contact e-mail address) to have your Steam account name sent to your contact e-mail address for the account
     3. Repeat this process after you receive the e-mail with your account name
   • If you know your account name:
     1. Select the I know my account name. option and click Next
     2. Enter your account name in the Account name field and click Next
2. Check the contact e-mail address for your Steam account for an e-mail containing your Verification Code and Secret Question
3. Complete the Verification code and Secret answer fields, then click Next
4. Enter your new password twice to confirm the change, then click the Next button to reset your password
