Updatarea driverelor

Conţinutul acestei pagini este moderat atât de Ajutorul Tehnic Steam cât şi de comunitatea utilizatorilor Steam - orice legături către site-urile din afară trebuie tratate cu atenţie.

Ajutorul Tehnic Steam nu vă va cere niciodată parola contului dvs Steam pentru nici un motiv, nici nu vi se va cere vreodată să introduceţi parola contului dvs Steam într-un formular de pe o pagină de internet.

Trebuie sa dezinstalati driverele vechi inainte de a instala drivere updatate, pentru a evita conflite intre drivere. Updatarea driverelor video si de sunet, reprezinta mentenanta computerului petru care Ajutorul Steam nu poate oferi asistenta.

Ajutorul Steam nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru efectele schimbarii driverului placii video sau de sunet - este responsabilitatea dumneavoastra pentru a urma instructiunile puse la dispozitie de producatorul placii video pentru indepartarea driverelor vechi si instalarea driverelor updatate.

Verificati versiunile driverelor instalate

Este recomandat sa verificati veriunile driverelor instalate pe sistemul dumneavoastra inainte de a cauta updateuri - va rugam urmati instructiunile de mai jos pentru a determina ce drivere sunt instalate:

Mergeti la butonul Start si selectati Run...
Introduceti DXDIAG si dati click OK pentru a rula unealta DirectX Diagnostic
Unealta va porni in tabul System - bifati casuta System Information pentru Operating System
Mergeti la tabul Display - in coltul stanga sus exista o casuta numita Device: Primele trei linii sunt Name, Manufacturer, si Chip Type ale placii video
Oservati coltul dreapta sus in acest tab pentru o casuta numita Drivers
A doua linie este numarul Versiunea a placii video, si a treia linie este Data lansarii
Click Exit in coltul dreapta jos a ferestrei pentru a inchide unealta DirectX Diagnostic
Folositi numele sistemului de operare, a placii video si producatorul, si versiunea driverului pentru a cauta pagina web a producatorului placii video sau a computerului pentru a gasi drivere updatate compatibile cu computerul dumeavoastra.

Va rugam consultati producatorul placii video, de sunet sau asamblorul computerului daca aveti intrebari legate de instalarea driverelor updatate

Vanzatori de sisteme pre-asamblate

Daca computerul dumneavoastra a fost asamblat complet si nu ati upgradat sau modificat placa video, este recomandat sa vizitati pagina web a companiei care a asmblat sistemul - va rugam observati lista de mai jos daca ati cumparat un sistem pre-asamblat:

You must uninstall the old drivers before installing updated drivers to avoid driver conflicts. Updating video and sound card drivers is computer maintenance which Steam Support cannot assist with.

Steam Support assumes no responsibility for the effects that changing the driver for your video or sound card may have on your system - it is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided by the video card manufacturer to ensure the proper removal of old drivers and installation of updated drivers.

Check the Versions of Installed Drivers

It is recommended that you check the versions of the drivers currently installed on your system before looking for updates - please follow the instructions below to see which drivers are installed:

Go to the Start button and select Run...
Enter DXDIAG and click OK to run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
The tool will start on the System tab - check the System Information box for the Operating System
Switch to the Display tab - in the upper left corner is a box named Device: The first three lines are the Name, Manufacturer, and Chip Type of your video hardware
Check the upper right-hand corner of this tab for a box named Drivers
The second line is the video driver's Version number, and the third is the Date of release
Click Exit in the lower right hand corner of the window to close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
Use the Operating System, video card name & manufacturer, and driver version information to search your video card or computer manufacturer's site for updated drivers which will be compatible with your system

Please consult your sound or video card manufacturer or computer assembler if you have any questions regarding the installation of updated drivers.
