You have to create a unique folder for each model in the "player" folder, so if you have a player model called "gordon" you have to put the gordon.mdl into it's own folder like this: C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<account>\half-life\valve\models\player\gordon\gordon.mdl Each model has to be in a folder with the exact same name as the model or it won't work. There should be a .mdl file and a .bmp file and maybe a .txt file for each model that all go into the same folder. |
