Please write your account name - in the examples you will see the account name "support" - or your support incident number (you will need to submit your incident, write your incident number on the CD Key, and then update your case with the scan if you are not sure of your account name).
Technical Issues
Create an Incident ReportClick the Ask a Question tab which appears at the top of the Contacting VALVe Billing and Support answer to create your incident report. Please select the appropriate Product (STEAM for all billing and account-related issues) and Category when submitting your case. Important NoteYou must click the Finish Submitting Question button after being presented with a list of possible solutions if you wish to contact Steam Support. Your incident report has not been submitted until you are presented with a 12-digit reference number. |
