This error ("fatal error:could not load module bin/vgui2.dll") typically means that you installed Steam more then one time to different locations without uninstalling the previous install or that you physically moved the Steam folders and are trying to run from the new location. Players can see this problem (and many other problems too!) if they install Steam directly to their desktop or to one of the Windows temporary directories - not a good idea at all! There is also a situation where a player gave the Steaminstall program an install path that is confusing (like they told it to install Steam to "C:\" or to "C:\Progam Files". It's always best if you let Steam install to the default path C:\Program Files\Steam or C:\Valve\Steam (it's ok to change the driver letter). To solve this problem, the best thing you can do is uninstall all current Steam installations using the add/remove option in your control panel. If that is missing or won't work, then manually delete the Steam installation by hand. (END) Japanese content to translate
