スチームサポートに連絡するためのサポートチケットを作成

スチームアカウントと別々のスチームサポートアカウントを作成するために、全てのスチームサポートページの左上にある「サポートへ連絡」（Contact Support）ボタンをクリックして下さい。スチームアカウントの情報は使用しないので、スチームサポートシステムには入力しないで下さい。

全てのスチームサポートページの左上にあった「サポートへ連絡」（Contact Support）ボタンを置き換えるはず、「質問を聞く」（Ask a Question）ボタンをクリックして下さい。
適切なフィールドを書きこんで、あらゆる必要な添付ファイルもアップロードし、そして終わったら「質問を提出」（Submit Question）をクリックして下さい。

重要:

いったんシステムに質問を提出すると、確認Eメールをアカウントで指定されたＥメールアドレスに送ります。もしかしてその確認Eメールを受け取らなかったら受信トレイのスパムフィルターをチェックして下さい。 Eメールを受け取らないなら、質問は成功的にサポートシステムに入力していないかもしれません。
