SupportWiki:Become a Translator

Before you can begin translating content we will need to review your application to translate content and create a SupportWiki translator account for you.

Create a SteamPowered.com Forum Account

We are primarily interested in users who have a proven track record on the SteamPowered.com Forums - if you do not already have an account please register an account to get started.

Once you have signed up, check for announcements at the top of the forum threads from Valve employees requesting translation assistance for the Steam Support Wiki and send a private message to the Valve employee who posted the announcement with the following information:

• Language(s) you read and write:

Upon reviewing your application and confirming your eligibility we will contact you to begin the process of setting you up with a translator account on the Steam Support Wiki.

Note: We are currently seeking translators who have a history of productive posts on the Steampowered.com Forums - it is recommended that you spend some time familiarizing yourself with the forums and actively post for several weeks before applying.
