Problemer i øjeblikket

• datacache.dll fejl
• MountFilesystem() og SteamMountFileSystem() fejl
• IDirect3DDevice9::Present() fejl

Vi undersøger i øjeblikket problemer med spil og Steam, og vi anmoder alle brugere der får disse fejl om at melde dette til Steam-support, for at hjælpe med til at løse dette problem.

Inkluder venligst følgende oplysninger, til oprettelse af din support-mappe:

1. MSINFO32 raporten
2. DXDIAG:da raporten - Tryk på knappen "Gem alle oplysninger..." i bunden af vinduet, for at gemme resultatet.
3. Mini-dump filer (fra når Steam eller spillet "går ned") Mini-dump filer bliver kun oprettet når Steam eller spillet går ned.
   • Steam nedbrud: Mini-dump filen findes i biblioteket hvor steam blev installeret (C:\Programmer\Valve\Steam\ er standard-mappen)
   • Spil-nedbrud: Mini-dump filen bliver gemt spillets installations mappe: "C:\Programmer\Valve\Steam\Steam Brugernavn\spillet"

Current Issues

We are currently investigating some issues with games and Steam - it is requested that any users encountering these issues submit a case to Steam Support to assist in determining a resolution to these issues.

Please include the following items of information in your Steam Support case:

1. MSINFO32 Report:da
2. DXDIAG:da Report - Click the "Save All Information..." button at the bottom of the window to save the output of the report.
3. Mini-dump Files (for Steam Crashes and Game Crashes) Mini-dump files will only be generated by crashes.
   • Steam crashes: The mini-dump file will be located in your Steam installation folder (C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\ by default)
   • Game crashes: The mini-dump file will be located in your game installation folder under the Steam installation directory: /SteamApps/ (your account name) / (game folder) /
