If you are encountering difficulty refreshing the server list, please observe the following process to configure your hardware:

1. Go to the Start button
2. Select "Run..."
3. At the command prompt, type "telnet 192.168.1.1"
4. Upon arriving at the Telnet prompt, enter your username and password (by default, your username and password will both be "admin")
5. Once you are logged in, enter the following commands:
   1. modify nbsize maxipsess 512
   2. modify nat global udptimeout 10
   3. commit
   4. reboot
