Revert to 32-bit mode in Windows 64-bit

Please see the Setting Game Launch Options topic for instructions to use the -32bit launch option if you are using Windows XP 64-bit.

Start the DCOM Server Process Launcher Service

Please ensure that the DCOM Server Process Launcher service is started to correct this crash condition.

1. Go to the Start button and select Run...
2. Enter services.msc and click OK
3. Locate the DCOM Server Process Launcher Service and right-click, then select Properties
4. In the Startup type: drop-down menu ensure that Automatic is selected
5. Click Apply and then OK to save any changes
