How do I report a cheater?

It is not necessary to report cheaters playing on VAC-Secured servers - the VAC system will detect and ban these individuals. We appreciate your good intentions by reporting individual players suspected of cheating, however, these reports are discarded.

If you are playing on an unsecured server, you may wish to report cheating to a server administrator - Steam Support cannot ban players for activities on unsecured servers.
