Changing a Steam Account Password or Secret Question

Please observe the following process to update your password or secret question after logging in to your Steam account:

1. Go to File and select Settings
2. Under the Account tab click the Change password... button
3. Select whether you wish to change your password or secret question and click Next >
4. Enter your old password to authorize the change, then enter your new password twice and click Next >
5. You will receive a notice once your new password has been accepted - click Finish to complete the process
